We are looking for an energetic and well-networked person to boost our consultancy service sales on industry 4.0 sector and to support the team especially on the public sector. Depending on your experience and ambition, you can also take responsibility over the sales team leadership and coordination (Sales Director). In your role, you will be leading and executing the sales and business development activities of the industry 4.0 sector while also participating in and/or leading the sales activities of the other sectors. You are a good communicator both in German and in English. You have a wide network of relevant business contacts and track record in sales of consultancy services for custom digital solutions and software development. But out of everything, who you are matters the most.

Your Character

• You have several years of experience as a sales specialist in the field of digitalisation consultancy services and custom software.

• You are energetic and well networked team player who enjoys to reach out and help people.

• You understand that sales is a team sport and that you can bring out the best in people in the offering team.

• You have consultative approach in sales – you enjoy and pursue to understand and resolve customer’s true challenges and needs together with our specialists.

• You have technical background and genuine interest in future trends of digitalisation which help you to succeed in the role.

• You also enjoy sharing your domain knowledge and future visions in blogs, social media and events – idea of a personal branding excites you.

• You are familiar and interested in modern sales and marketing approaches like social selling and account-based marketing.

• You understand the principles of the modern agile and lean approaches and feel comfortable convincing the customers of the benefits.

• Optionally you have experience in leading successful sales and account management teams.

• We appreciate, but not require, experience in industry 4.0 or/and public sector projects.

• You will be working in an international environment, English and German (fluent or native) will be of your daily use to communicate fluently with colleagues and clients.

• You will be meeting our German and international customers on-site and remotely. A willingness to travel occasionally is required.
